there are a limited number of sliding scale spots available. sliding scale rates are offered based on financial need and for brief-service only to ensure that affordable therapy is accessible for everyone who needs it.

are sliding scale rates available?

the rate you are charged includes operations and expenses that are incurred outside of your 50-minute session time; this includes treatment planning, research, training and professional development, as well as making it possible to offer accessible therapy options. additionally, due to the emotional nature of the work, it is recommended your therapist see a maximum of 25 clients each week as a full case load; this helps your therapist show up prepared, emotionally well, and wholly present to offer you the support you deserve.
